Q:  What is a Template or Theme?
A:  A Theme is basically a Template for Wordpress.  HTML and Joomla Templates
     are designs all ready set for a website.  They must be installed with the corresponding software. 
     and then customized in HTML or PHP.   There are also FLASH Templates. 
     FLASH requires a lot of skill and time.  Even if the template is already made.
  
Remember that your Template or Theme MUST be WP 2.5 or Joomla 1.5 or newer.
