Why do you say that the content is free and that charges are for labor on a FREE website?

Q: Why do you say that the content is free and that charges are for labor ..on a FREE website?
A: We just do not want to take credit for other peoples Templates and Themes.
By charging Labor, we mean if you upgrade your website with a premium service like Photoshop or FLASH.
